The hotel is located in Scandicci, a small town near Florence and close to the exits of the A1 motorway and the expressway Firenze-Pisa-Livorno, two of the main access to Florence.

The Hotel Marzia has been restored, redesigned and extended in 2007 to provide a greater standard of comfort, which includes a spacious and useful entrance directly from the garden on the car park side.
